Realize our oneness with God and each other

Feeling Small by Mark Nepo

The other day, I was feeling small. I needed to get
away. So I went to the city. And everyone looked
familiar, like I'd seen them before. I went up to one
man and said, "Don't I know you?" He turned and
said, "What are you lookin' at?" And I said, "I thought I
saw God in your eyes." Just then, the woman passing
behind us stopped and said, "No. It was me." And we
embraced. Then the first man said, "Hey! Wait! Can I
come too?" And we all embraced. And the wind
slipping through our legs on the street sounded just like
the rush of life.
