Meditation Practices
3:30pm with Leavitt Thomas, LUT
Practicing “the Silence” is fundamental to Unity teachings and essential for spiritual development. During this course the main focus is on the meditation process, defining and practicing it in various ways. Learn benefits of regular practice and different methods to deal with resistance.
