Since birth is an essential concept for Christmas, Sky spoke on how appropriate the Lamaze method can be, translated to the idea of spiritual birth. All that's required is to change some terminology to see the truth involved:
Change birth to spiritual awakening
Change medical to religious
Change women to people
Change mother to God.
1. Spiritual awakening is normal, natural and healthy.
2. Spiritual awakening begins on its own.
3. The experience of spiritual awakening profoundly affects people and their families.
4. There should be freedom of movement throughout spiritual awakening.
5. People's inner wisdom guides them through spiritual awakening.

7. People's confidence and ability to have a spiritual awakening is either enhanced or diminished by the care provided and the place of awakening.
8. Spiritual awakening can safely take place in the home.

11. Spiritual awakening education empowers people to make informed choices in health, to assume responsibility for their lives and to trust their inner wisdom.
