Unity Pet Blessing: October 1, 2006

In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, Unity staged a blessing for beloved animal companions. Rev. Sky and Brother Christopher Fishkin, a Third Order Secular Franciscan hermit and dear friend of Unity, blessed and annointed dozens of cats, dogs, birds, fish, mice, gerbils, and a wonderfully kind rabbit belonging to "Dr. Fun"! Our lives truly are blessed by the joy and the unconditional love of animals.
