Jesus, the Therapist
August 16, 2009
Jesus as healer set a model for therapy today. Sky explains the process Jesus set for doing the “inside work” for emotional wholeness. It’s about awareness, owning our issues, and doing the work to change it. And, as Sky reminds us, we’re not alone in this task; we access Divine Mind through prayer and meditation.

As a psychologist of the past 25 years, in the chemical dependency treatment field for the past 10 years, and a former “fundamentalist” (Nazarene), I could relate on so many levels to this message (Jesus/therapist). It was truly rich with life-transforming truth. Thank you for your influence in this world, and for making these messages available to those of us who are not in Hawaii at the moment. It is my goal to be able to be there in person very often. It transformed my life a couple of years ago when I was there for 3 months. God Bless you!

I enjoyed this. I’m really getting the message about alignment, and congruency, and all the other names by which it’s called and how this is not only the key to our connection with the divine, but also our healing, and living our potential.
Amen,
Jesus understood perfectly well what he was saying when he said “I AM”. He invites us to acknowledge the same thing. We ALL come from the same Light out of which the World is created. (Immanent Light) In ALL things
There is nothing but “that”. Jesus was crucified for announcing that he was the “I AM” – but that is where the Power is. Once we realize that we are completely the same I AM (Hebrew Letters yod heh vav heh) the alpeh-bayt-aleph (aba-father) we have achieved the Kingdom of God. Then we can Love our neighbor as ourself, our enemy, turn the other cheek, and heal the World.
As Jesus teaches us “the Kingdom of God is within us” Luke 17:21
Amen and OM.
