Annual Membership Meeting, March 1, 1 pm, Chapel
Current members may vote on Bylaw modifications and vote their choice for open trustee positions. If you still need to verify that your name is on our current membership list to ensure you will be credentialed to vote at our Annual Membership meeting, please stop by the office or call 808-735-4436. As a reminder, you must renew your membership every year to be included on the current membership list. If your name is not listed and you have previously completed membership classes and you would like to vote, you may complete and turn in a membership renewal form to the office before February 28. If you recently received a mailing concerning the Annual Meeting from the church, be assured you are listed as a current voting member.
Reminder: Those that received (members) a mailing of the Bylaw’s are reminded to bring them with you to the Annual Membership meeting this Sunday.
Absentee Ballot Submission Has Begun
If you are a current member of UCoH and are not able to attend the Annual Membership meeting, you may now vote by Absentee Ballot at Connection Central this Sunday. Online voting will be available for a limited time during the Annual Membership meeting on March 1st ONLY.
