By completing and electronically signing this covenant with my initials, I agree to abide by and be held accountable by the essence and spirit of this Covenant and Unity Church of Hawaii policies. PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FIELDS AND HIT "SUBMIT" BUTTON AT BOTTOM OF FORM

My submission of this Covenant for renewing my Unity Church of Hawaii Membership means that I am saying YES to the following commitments:*

I say YES to including Unity Church of Hawaii in my daily prayer life;

I say YES to deepening my spiritual life by participating in spiritual education classes and SpiritGroups small group ministry;

I say YES to participating in a Spiritual Gifts Assessment Program and sharing my talents in some form of meaningful sacred service in our ministry and/or the wider community; and

I say YES to a designated level of monthly financial support consistent with being in integrity with my capacity to contribute to the Spiritual Corporative and overall operations of Unity Church of Hawaii. I will consider making my financial contribution on a recurring/automatic basis.
